Must have for the independent agent!

This is a must have for anyone working as an independent agent, especially in a small office setting. The price is beyond reasonable for the 174 pages you get in this book. We are so busy with the day to day operations and Robyn helps guide you with a game plan. I've sampled many different insurance agency marketing companies and I've found that Robyn Sharp's Agency Updates has been the most reputable and helpful one yet!
